Dogs allowed in coffee shop but they ask if you have any allergies and allow pets into Shops make it make sense
What a friendly Starbucks! Probably the most friendly I have ever been and I visit often. Scott was efficient, friendly and just a lovely smiley face to speak to in the morning. So much so I had to come on and do a review. Thank you! ☺️
Dirty inside and out, tables not wiped down and floor filthy. Shame really as the coffee is okay. Need to keep on top of the clearing away and use a cloth. Not a single table with crockery or crumbs. The outside seating area is a healthy hazard!
The food is like any other Starbucks, with no notable distinctions. Service is decent but could be improved. The environment is messy and could benefit from tidying up. Overall, the atmosphere feels disorganized and unsatisfactory.
Sunday 12/03/2023. The two gents in the store were very kind to make a drink and food even after they'd just finished cleaning up, bearing in mind I had entered the store shortly after Sunday trading hours. They didn't have to do that for me, and yet still did without a hint of complaint - fantastic attitude. In a rush to leave them to cash up ect ect, I forgot I purchased a can of water - I returned 10 mins later to closed shutters but a bag with my drink inside, packaged so it wouldn't blow away in the wind either - great care for the environment. I don't usually leave reviews even after a good experience, but this was a display of fantastic customer service and the two gentlemen who served me today were simply brilliant. Hopefully HR/management sees this, in an age where customer service isn't what it once was, these guys did the complete opposite. Five starts, great service and lovely people - fantastic! Thanks very much again gents!
Service was OK, but on the few occasions I have dined/drank in this cafe it has been uncomfortably cold, kept thick coat on to make it bearable, unless it's a rouse to make you buy more hot drinks... Starbucks please spend some of that tax money you've saved in your off shore accounts and turn the heating up or lose customers. Many thanks.
We usually come here and the service and coffee is great, sometimes we order online and they always do sweet little messages on the bag. Today my daughter fell off her scooter and hurt herself on route to Starbucks. She was rather upset the staff were all so lovely, even made her a special little drink and kept checking in she was okay and if she wanted any first aid. Really lovely staff their kindness goes a long way.
Came here on Sunday 13th November and order egg nog lattes and a pan au chocolate and fruit bread . Got the drinks after a long wait (due to staff talking too much to each other a customer known to them changing her mind on a iced drink then keeping original) and drinks just mildly warm but food didn't come . Came to counter and was asked was I waiting for drink ... told about food missing and looked at the deliveroo pile ....wasn't there ... then gave me food after another wait...they then forget that I had asked for jam and butter ...they went and got that and I was then asked did I want a knife .....no ill spread the butter and jam on my crossiant with my fingers .. just avoid this Starbucks as its not the expected quality and service I expect from Starbucks. Too many young staff that just want to talk and not do their job ...currently sat here finishing drinks and they are all chatting and laughing whilst 11 tables are dirty with no one sat at them...where is the management? Such an opportunity for improvement its a shame but for now go to totton much better!!
I go to this starbucks around 3-4 times a week, and my drink is hardly ever right. I have probably only received what I have asked for about 4 times and I have been coming here since it opened as it is local. Most of the time my drinks lack several ingredients and only taste like water. If you order anything with chocolate, there is no chocolate taste at all. The jugs are not properly cleaned and there is a residue taste left. For example, I ordered a mocha frappe but the person before me had something with an apple in it. My drink tastes like water that is flavored with apples. I find it so irritating that I have to add my own chocolate powder and coffee just to make it taste somewhat how it should. Most of the staff are friendly, and it's a nice shop, it's just a shame about the drinks and ruins the experience entirely.
