   No Latte art, overfilled tea with hot water so no room for milk, hot milk for child was way too hot (and served in a takeaway cup?). 2/3 toilets out of order, remaining not very clear. Nowhere close to usual Starbucks standards.

   Dirty, very dirty. Popped in for a coffee and I have to say this is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, worse than motorway services. The floor, the tables, even the seats, I didn’t want to sit down! I also have to say that the coffee was nasty, I didn’t even finish it, not up to normal Starbucks standards at all. Ordeeed a flat white, got a cup of really hot dirty burnt tasting milk, microfoam - never heard of it. I’m sorry Starbucks Southampton train station but it was awful, I won’t come again and I won’t recommend you!

   Consistently always terrible sloppy coffee. After several times using this branch i have decided to give up with it. They always make coffee ect with a slap dash that will do approach, theres no care and attention.

   I was on a business trip and decided to get brunch from here - it's right next to Costa but I'm a Starbucks fan so decided to come here instead (which I regret). |•|•|The Coffee |•|•| I ordered a Caramel Macchiato (medium) and being a regular customer of Starbucks I always order the medium because it's just perfect for me (not too little and not too much). However, immediately when lifting up the cup, I could instantaneously tell that the staff had filled the cup with less than what is required for a medium-sized Macchiato. 'Cost of living' is bad enough with the fuel prices, energy costs, etc. but when a customer actively decides to spend their money on "premium coffee" amongst the current circumstances, I/WE EXPECT OUR MONIES WORTH (!). |°|°|The Food|°|°| Ordered a 'Meatless Meatball Wrap', it was the most miserable and tasteless thing I've ever tasted in all my years of being a Starbucks customer. |•|•|The Staff|•|•| Can't really say anything much, but they were non-existent. Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting fireworks and romance, but a smile and a "how are you" or at the very least "here's your drink..." would've been nice - instead, my drink was just left on the counter top for me to come over and 'investigate' as to whether it was 'mine or not'. First and last time at this particular branch - I'd suggest that if the area manager is reading these comments, get some training complete for the staff or just replace them if they really don't want to be there!
