Super friendly service who helped recommend a cake I thoroughly enjoyed with my coffee, every staff member I spoke to was lovely. Would return without a doubt. Toilets were clean and code protected but they very kindly let me use it before I ordered as I was absolutely desperate (and clearly had all my laptop etc. So was definitely staying for a while!).
Nice big Starbucks with air con and lots of tables. Doesn’t tend to get as busy as the others in the centre and lots of space and not too noisy!
Quiet shop with nice bay windows and a huge counter, filled with goodies! Latte was perfection, going back there soon for another pumpkin spice before the end of fall!

Tried their new tiramisu coffee and it was very nice. It was very sweet but still had that hint of bitterness for the coffee. The tiramisu taste wasnt overpowering but it was very tasty. I recommend it on a hot day to help cool down and still have a lovely coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful
It's a bit gloomy inside, so not the nicest of places to meet up for a coffee. No other complaints though. The coffee is good and the food is attractive.
The seats are incredibly comfortable how ever when ordering my order I was not listened to correctly. Then server corrected herself realising I wanted a caramel machiato not a caramel latte... Then when I received my drink it was a caramel latte so I asked for it to be remade with cream and sauce the way every other Starbucks serves a caramel machiato.... I was then spoken to with a terrible attitude. Then rather than remake my drink correctly, she throws a little out the top into the sink, put a tiny amount of cream and a little dribble on sauce on the top. WEAK coffee, badly trained staff and very unattentive. It was not even busy! !I! I will walk a little further to Marlands in future so I don't have to put up with this incompetent, toxic and unhappy member of staff. Wake up!!! The sofa was really comfy though nice setting wish the woman who made the frappé, got her hands to the other coffee on my order so I would not be completely and utterly displeased with the service and standard. Have a grand day.
It’s such a shame that this coffee with such a great location has a one rude staff member who just shouts and show some bad attitude. I just said that I want to use my Starbucks app and she was like nagging and showing some weird attitude! The other stuff are ok I would say but that lady in particular is the one who’s making customers uncomfortable
I was a regular customer but today I was shocked with the people who ignored us. Not only they completely messed up my drink which I ordered with Oat milk but kept us waiting last to get it done. No apologies nothing. Luckily I don't have an allergy but imagine for the people who have and how these guys ignore it. Pathetic...
I had the absolute pleasure of being served my anna-marie (I hope that's right!) She was an absolute angel and made me feel so welcomed. An absolute asset to the company and makes a gorgeous oat flat white!
