I was thrilled to find a Starbucks that matches the amazing espresso quality I experienced in Washington State! Gemma and her team truly shine when it comes to service, and the coffee is just fabulous. Can't wait to come back!
Situated on Southampton seafront by the Red Funnel ferry terminal. Smaller inside than a normal Sbucks, usual fare. Staff were very friendly (1 star Sasha nowhere to be seen!) and helpful.
I stopped into this Starbucks for a quick snack and needed to use the toilet. Staff were friendly, the place had a good amount of seating and the toilet was clean.
Worst place to go ! The barista with short hair and height is rude and racist. He has done that before seems like he has some anger issue he has done it before with my friends too. I ordered a Medium drink instead she gave me small one when i went back he made a very wierd face to his co worker. They did not offer any suggestions or assistance when I asked for recommendations, and instead seemed eager to get me out of their way. My drink order was incorrect and had to be remade, which caused a delay and further frustration. When I finally received my drink, it was lukewarm and did not taste as it should have. wont even give a single star
Good coffee, nice desert options and very pleasant staff. Use this regularly.
Ordered a white hot chocolate and received something more similar to water... Definitely won't come back
I have been there twice recently as it’s a nice spot to get something while waiting for the ferry nearby. First time I ordered a blonde roast (iced) mocha which is my go to and was very pleasant. The second time I ordered a green tea lemonade which is lovely and refreshing and not very sweet. The sandwich and cake display was almost full and had plenty to offer. Service was very quick and the barista drew smiley faces on the cups which I think is very cute. A queue formed shortly after I was served but i could still hear a positive attitude from the barista on the till and the queue moved relatively fast. Also social distancing was maintained inside and with the queue outside.
