   Lost all interest as soon as they had our money. Our new kitchen is lovely but the fitter was rushed which has caused a few issues. Have been chasing them for months to sort these - including replacing the flooring but keep getting different excuses for delays and passed between different people. Keep being promised someone will be in touch with an update, they never are and we have to chase themselves again. Having first reported our issues in July, we're still no closer to having them fixed. After care service has been non existent, they just seem annoyed we're phoning them. We ordered and paid for an extra door when our kitchen was just finished and took 3 months even to get that (in the end we picked it up from their warehouse ourselves). Would never use this company again and regret using them now.

   I recently bought a house which had not been done up in 60 years! I contacted Factory Direct and arranged for measurements and advice for fitting a bathroom and kitchen! Daniel was extremely well mannered snd helpful when he visited me at home! I then met Katrina at the store who was very helpful and went through various options of bathroom and kitchen! Bathroom is now complete and the transformation is spectacular! The plumber, mark, who installed the bathroom was excellent! He advised me of every step of the way during the installation! I cannot rate Factory Direct highly enough! Kitchen going in next and I’m hoping for the same high standard! Gwyneth - Aberdeen

   We had a full en-suite replacement and a shower installation in our main bathroom (replacing our bath). I can’t speak highly enough about factory direct. From start for finish it was a brilliant experience. The team really are great from the first measure up visit to installation. Couldn’t be happier with the final product.

   Our neighbour recommended Factory Direct to us as she had her bathroom installed by them a few years ago and was extremely happy with the results. We found Daniel and Katrina very helpful during the design and planning stage and although the price was higher than other quotes we felt that the service and quality of workmanship justified this. Clark and Steve did a beautiful job of transforming our bathroom from a complete mess into a high quality and well finished bathroom and it was good to meet Glyn at the end to check over every detail. Communication with Clark and Steve was good throughout which made all the difference. I can see from the reviews that some folk didn’t have a good experience but we have no complaints and would be happy to recommend Factory Direct to others.

   Very happy with my new kitchen. Everyone was so helpful in designing & choosing the kitchen. Thanks Katrina for your patience. Stuart the fitter did an excellent job. Very friendly &kept everything tidy. It was the coldest week in November with snow. It did not stop him. Thank Stuart. Keep up the good work. Had a small scratch on a door post. No problem in reordering & replacing. Thank you to all the staff at Inverurie.

   It makes me laugh that Factory Direct have a professional looking advert on TV, as from my experience they don’t have an ounce of it! They came out to look at quoting to install a new bathroom, I went to their showroom the following week to look at the design they had done, I sat through the guy telling me what he couldn’t do, by the time we left I had a completely different design to what I wanted. He said he would email me the quote in due course, this never arrived and I didn’t chase them as I felt very uncomfortable with this company. I later found out by the company who eventually did our bathroom that if Factory Direct think the job is going to be a lot of work, they just don’t bother to get in touch. Give them a miss, shocking service! I’d I could have given them zero stars I would have done!

   My experience with Factory Direct was a positive one from the time of ordering to completion of my kitchen. The gave me a date and the fitter (Russell) turned up and completed the installation faster than was planned and I was very pleased with the final result. They are not cheap but I believe you get what you pay for these days. Would recommend to anyone.

   Despite a few problems, that were sorted out quickly. We are happy with our new bathroom. Never had so many people in our house. The fitter Clark and his apprentice Kyle have done a wonderful job and were very professional. Alex the electrician was very helpful as the towel rail element was faulty and he came back and renewed it. So all in all were happy.

   Father and stepmum spent £20,000 on a new kitchen. First red flag - the fitters removed the old kitchen and had no qualms about leaving a 73 year old man to dispose of it, including sink and old appliances. The kitchen was fitted but had some final parts unfinished, such as cornering on benchtops etc. Father had to ring repeatedly to get the joiners out to finish the job. One year down the line, the plumbing under the sink has proven substandard and leaked, requiring repairing - a nightmare to get customer service for this. Some parts of the kitchen finishings are coming loose, and now the oven has stopped working. Customer service has been below appalling and my poor father is still trying to get Factory Direct out to fix the issues. This company cares nothing about its customers, literally robbing an elderly couple of their hard earned money with shoddy workmanship and substandard products. Do not touch this company with a bargepole.
