Came in here Sunday night purely for the Toffanilla as I saw it on the Real Ale Finder app. Got speaking to the landlord about the porter and he told me the history behind it. Probably one of the best porter’s I’ve ever had. Exceptional. So glad I went. Lovely place and a lovely welcoming landlord. Will try and get back at the weekend, just for that porter!

Super-clean modern pub in an old building. Three main areas with the central bar. Serves a good range of beers on draught plus more in the fridges. Also offers a selection of classic pub foods such as pork pie. Lovely staff.

What a find. Staying locally for a course in the woods with Greenwood Days and popped into Melbourne for a look see. Had Seb this place on the map and thought I’d better check it out I’ll be back. Beer tasty. Thanks Leather Britches! Bartender proficient polite and informative. This is the first review I’ve ever written for a pub (and I’ve been to a few!) Crack on.

This used to be the Chip and Pin in Melbourne but is now in the hands of Leatherbritches brewers. It was packed on our visit on a Saturday afternoon and it's easy to see why with Leatherbritches beer on offer

First visit and justust my sort of pub. Lovely environment with attention to detail, friendly landlord, relaxed atmosphere and great beer. Another pub that I wished I lived near.

Great new micro-pub. The Chip & Pin was a hard act to follow, but they’ve done an excellent job at improving it with a couple of extra snug rooms and made space for a good size bar (hand crafted by the friendly landlord). Good selection of great beers from their local brewery plus ciders and a variety of other drinks. Friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.
