It's a Starbucks so you know what you are going to get. The automatic door wasn't working when I went (I use a wheelchair) but some kind soul got the door for me. The staff were excellent and got my drink completely sorted for me.

I have found the staff very proficient and kind. I, over the last three weeks, have witnessed them handle many extremely busy times very smoothly. Being that I have Celiac Disease, I can not comment on the food other than there are a few small packaged items.

I visited Starbucks today and was helped by two employees—Michael and JR. While Michael was working extremely hard, handling multiple orders on his own, the overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of teamwork. There were already about six customers waiting for their drinks, and the wait time was longer than expected. What stood out most was that Michael seemed to be managing everything behind the counter by himself, moving quickly and doing his best under pressure. Meanwhile, JR, who took my order, remained at the till and didn’t assist with drink preparation at all, despite the growing line of waiting customers. It was frustrating to see one employee overwhelmed while the other appeared disengaged. I don’t blame Michael for the delay—he was clearly giving it his all. This experience could have been much smoother if there had been better collaboration between the staff.

I was really disappointed during my recent visit. One of the employees, JR, stood idle at the register while his coworker Michael was overwhelmed with orders and a growing line. Instead of helping, JR chose not to assist, which made the wait much longer. This lack of teamwork was frustrating to witness.

Thank you, Starbucks! However, this Starbucks isn't worth the money. Whenever I've ordered delivery from this Starbucks, there have either been missing things or improperly packaged orders. When my delivery of two fresh ghost frappes arrived, I opened the bag to find half of the Starbucks drink gone and the other entirely damaged. Although I am aware that mistakes sometimes occur, I contacted Starbucks to request a refund or to send out another two. But, I attempted for a full hour to get them, but my calls were being dropped. I'm not going to purchase a delivery from this place again. I'm not happy at all. All I can say is that you should get the order you paid for. I will strongly advise you not to order delivery through this Starbucks.

Found it to be not clean, had to sit at a dirty table, not wiped either when we sat down. Staff too busy chatting amongst themselves. Usually love a Starbucks but coffees were luke warm. Disappointed
