Had some track rod ends fitted here after a failed mot at a previous garage. After having the track rod ends fitted, I took it back to the original garage for the pass - Which it did get a day after the fitting. Once I was properly driving it again the day after that the car was totally unsafe - Throwing me all over the place .. The steering wheel had a life of its own - To be honest, I felt for my safety!. I took it back to formula 1 and they said that they couldn’t track the car at all and to take it to a garage with a “Hunters machine” As advised, I did this & the bloke at the new garage said “I will fix it - but honestly, I’d go back and demand them to fix it as it’s not fit for purpose & your within your rights” - The car was a work car so needing a fast fix I let the other bloke fix it. He said that the work they carried out was substandard, Their mechanics aren’t mechanic's & that he could of done a better job tracking it with a piece of string than they could with their equipment and that they are clueless. .. Anyway, the manager at F1 said if I came back, They would give me my money back for the tracking as they didn’t do it once I’d got someone to fix it with the hunters machine (Which since they didn’t do the job i should of got the cash back there and then!) Well I did go back expecting my money .. DIDN’T get it and got fobbed off with a “Head office will ring and sort it with you.” .. Week went by .. NO call, & in that week - I noticed that my front tyre was totally bold & unsafe due to the rubbing from the no track / iffy job - Baring in mind this same tyre didn’t come up as an mot advisory the week before!. I contacted head office and they came back to me with no responsibility at all, Clutching at straws saying “The other advisories of suspension bushes on the mot caused the problem not us” .. Well I’m sure advisory to unsafe wouldn’t happen literally from one garage to the next in the same area. They offered me a “free track when I’ve fixed the other advisories first” .. 1. The first time I took it “For a track” they could not do it and they sent the car home unsafe & it had to go elsewhere to be fixed & 2. It isn’t “Free” if they still haven’t gave me the money back they robbed off me in the first place!. Looking at other reviews I’m not the first either who’s came up with these sort of problems!. DO NOT USE FORMULA ONE - Eventually, sooner rather than later they are going to kill someone or multiple people on the road with their shoddy workmanship!. If I could leave less than one star I would!! - At the time, I got left with an unsafe car, After plenty of lost time at work & plenty out of my pocket - Nice one lads! … (ADD ON TO THE TOP PART OF THIS REVEIW) After the above issue, I contacted the Motor Ombudsman due to Formula One refusing to resolve this matter - As on email during the discussions, I threatened them with contacting the Ombudsman if they did not help. The head office replied with “Just to warn you, we are actually a part of the Motor Ombudsman & we welcome their involvement in this issue”. … Well, I’ve just received a reply email from the Ombudsman saying “We apologise as we can not continue to investigate your complaint, As the business in question is not signed up to the motor ombudsman so you’ll have to try another avenue”.. Which proves they are clearly liars & that they were just trying to call my bluff, Which didn’t work on me!. .. Most reputable garages sign up to this service as part of a quality of service procedure. So if you do have any problems with them on any work you may go to them for after reading this - Then remember that you have been warned.

I booked my car into have a tyre change and check 2 other tyres and a new bulb. Ben was the person I dealt with.He was excellent.Professional and honest.He offered a price match on my new tyre and checked the other tyres which were found just to need new valves and not new tyres. I thought how honest this company is as others may have changed the tyres. I received great care,promptly and at a great price.Thank you to Ben and the team !

Very bad and unprofessional service with a very rude customer service. I ordered and paid for 4 tyres on 23 November and I got confirmation for fixing it on 28 November at 09.30. I been there at 15 minutes prior to appointment they changed it for 08.30 so I am late. I haven’t received any messages or emails that they got changed the time and they rescheduled it for 1 December. Now I have received a message that the tyres that I have ordered not in stock,after 7 days of booking and payment made . The real comedy is that the tyres are still available to buy and fixing their website. If you want waste your time and keep your money away from your account also want to know how to to be treated in a rude manner over the phone, please go ahead with them. I ordered Michelin cross climate 2. You can check out by this on their website and still it is available on their website. But not getting it to you.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. I took my Van to these & they did my tracking. I was recommended to return in a couple of weeks for them to check the tracking again. There was still a slight shaking on the steering wheel after they first visit so did return for a further check 2 weeks later. They reassured me the tracking had been slightly adjusted again but was at its correct reading once I collected the Van. After a few weeks, I noticed my front tyres had worn dramatically on the outer side and needed replacing. I booked it in at another garage to have two front tyres and asked them to recheck the tracking. I asked them to provide a reading of the tracking before altering anything due to the rapid wear on the tyres. I was recommended to return to Formula 1 to show the readings as they were all considerably out of line.

shocking customer service! rude man! booked a free winter check through Blue light card as can't afford a service this year. called the day before to confirm time as only stated pm. no record of me when I turned up at 1pm as instructed. guy told me, as I wasn't paying, he wasn't gonna do anything for me. really!! 1 hour round trip and no check! qill never use these moving forward. I left angry and upset!
