   Absolute shite. Couldn't lock a jaw. I've had better locks in wrestling. The one good thing is the price, but there is an old saying. Buy cheap, pay twice. Avoid, do not buy. Pay a little more and get a better quality lock.

   Avoid, all the crap they sell literally doesn't even last a month. You tell me why 3 of ur multi metres have failed within a month. Your big daddy mallet fell apart after putting my tent up once. Joke or a company

   Apparently Rolson used to produce good quality tools. In my experience they fail very quickly, sometimes immediately. If you want a tool for regular work then spend more elsewhere. if you want a cheap tool for that irritating job that you will never have to do again then try your luck but restrain your optimism....

   Just bought your combination square set. One of pictures on the front demonstrates how to put mitres on with the mitre square . It wrong as your mitre square is unable to be put in that position. Falsely advertised. Poor can see this going back.

   If you value your own time, workmanship and your own life don't buy anything with Rolson on the label. They produce cheap substandard tools and accessories that eventually break or don't work to start with, and guaranteed will need returning. I currently have a collection of Rolson garbage to return, including a spirit level that would be great if i were building a slide. NOT LEVEL AT ALL. If i used only Rolson tools to build a house it would probably be half finished and look like a tornado had ripped through it after the ground had started to sink. My advice - STAY CLEAR

   Very Poor Customer Service ! Bought Mini Glue Gun in Sainsburys, but NO Glue Sticks. Rang Rolsons and they didn't want to know ! They don't know the meaning of customer service and were not interested in helping.

   Website turns out (small print further down) to be trade only as minimum order is £500 + vat. Website pretty poor anyway - try searching for scissor or scissors, look at the various drop-downs - many are the same or opposite to what they should be. The phone line given is not much help - they don't even know the difference between their Sales and their Customer Service (actually one was not available and the other not much help). No wonder it is rare to see Rolson products in the shops nowadays.
