Very helpful staff who managed to fix my strimmer while I waited and were very understanding of the fact that it was me who caused the problem when changing the spool and not putting it back together again correctly
I’ve lived in the area for 27 years and had no idea this gem of a place even existed! I brought in my faulty DeWalt laser level, and to my surprise, they looked at it right away and repaired it on the spot. Even more impressive—they refused to charge me! I insisted on giving them something as a thank you, because service like this is almost unheard of these days. They don’t advertise online and seem to rely purely on word of mouth, which speaks volumes about their reputation. I truly hope they continue to thrive. Their range of power tools is impressive, especially for DeWalt, and they also stock Makita. On top of that, they handle repairs in-house, which is a huge plus. The staff couldn't be more friendly and positive. Highly recommended!

This place is still open in 2025 (no current website). there is a huge range of dewalt tools, however limited ranges elsewhere in the store however i'm sure they could supply something on demand. there is a good level of knowledge in the shop and they also repair power tools. Prices are competitive locally, however cheaper deals may exist online.
Great tool shop, this guy has a vast stock of Dewalt tools, if you need it, you can buy it here. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am looking forward to the deals at the end of the month.
