Zero star. Worse customer service. I wouldn’t even given one star. That lady on till is so rude. she sounds like she owns the world. So rude, no politeness. This shop should be sued and close.
Most horrid parcel collection place I have ever been to in my whole life. Lady at the till needs to humble herself just because your own life is miserable does not mean you need to take it out on other people!!! Cussed the guy that went before me after he left and blamed his card didn’t work when it was obviously the till. Asked to pick up my parcel and at first the lady refused because she was in a huff and puff mood. My parcel looked like it was battered to pieces and was literally open when I arrived (it had my cats medication in there!!!) and I know dpd wouldn’t be stupid to handle it like that. The box ripped open in front of everybody so I took the stuff as is and she decided to chase me with my empty box that was tattered and said she would report me. I would avoid this shop like it’s the plague.
Don’t use for parcel services, tried stealing my parcel by saying they didn’t receive it and it’s not a drop off point despite the picture from the courier that was clearly their counter. They said no it’s not their shop…
They are the most useless parcel service - Do not use, just check the other reviews about parcel drop off and pick up
I know my people they’ve really kind n helpful to customers.the way some people are saying can be happen only if there’s tooo rush n bg or else I don’t think so cuz every time I go there I just have a fun n enjoy shopping it.

Please avoid this shop if you have to collect any parcel that you missed. Simply reschedule your delivery. The lady as well as the Nepali man is very rude. They are useless. Shame that UPS a well known company selected a shop like that. Waited over 25 minutes but ended coming without the parcel.
Lovely staff, wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and offers drop off for DPD and UPS deliveries. Minimum card payment £3. Long opening hours too. Would recommend.
