   As expected from a Yemeni organisation, unprofessional and absolutely no help at all. They don't do even the basic things that they're there to do and very unwilling. They just want to get you off the phone. Very disappointed.

   It is not an embassy. It is a corner shop. I was born in Aden, I want a copy of my birth certificate, I was told contact your friends or relative in Aden. I said I have none, I left Aden in 1964 and I know no one whatsoever. No help or assistance was given and the guy was extremely rude and arrogant.
