   Hotel is beautiful, beautifully kept, with super comfortable beds, but my biggest praise must go to the staff. I had a very late arrival (1am) from a business meeting in London, I got lost in the lanes and there was emergency road works, I called the hotel tired, cranky and lost, Richard was so kind, patient, calm, what an absolutely outstanding example of looking after your customers, when I arrived he extended that excellence, by upgrading me so I could stay in the main house and personally showing me to my room, THANK YOU RICHARD!! I would absolutely recommend this delightful hotel to anyone, stunning setting, beautifully executed and made to feel valued and looked after by delightful, professional staff

   I've read alot of miserable reviews of the hotel being a little rundown which is true. But i paid £75 to stay in the Grange which I thought it was very good value for a quiet and comfortable room. This included a very decent breakfast. And the grounds are really very nice. Great walks.

   Rooms at the 'grange' were poorly signed and tricky to find if you weren't in the main area. I went to the Grange reception to find help, but it was unstaffed, and I had to look for an employee to help. They also struggled to find the room until aided by a colleague. My room had been very poorly cleaned. The desk/vanity area was dusty, the curtain rail was broken and thus I couldn't close the blackout curtains. The walls were covered in a dirty, sticky residue. During the early hours of the morning, we were woken by a fire alarm; there was no guidance on evacuation, and no designated area to assemble. After 5 minutes in the rain, a member of the hotel staff arrived, looked at the internal board and told us it was just faulty and to go inside. No explanation of what happened and no apology. I raised the above in the morning when checking out, and was just responded to with "oh". I raised this with Booking.com and the hotel have refused to reply. Looks fantastic in the listing, but definitely disappointing.

   A friend invited me to be a companion and kindly paid for my meals. We visited this restaurant. On our arrival, there was no welcome staff inside the restaurant. Anyway, our mocktails and food were delicious. we had a long walk around the hotel at the end which was very peaceful and we saw many deers from distance.

   very pleasant stay, beautiful hotel grounds, the building had a full of character. stayed in a single room which could have had a bigger small bed or a small double but not an issue for a one night. small sets if steps to reach the room might be an issue for guests who has difficulty, but wasn’t a problem for me with a small luggage for one night stay.

   An absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding - ample parking, lots of space, and plenty of options in terms of rooms, suites and facilities for whatever your day might entail. Everything was clean, working and in good order, and the staff were friendly and welcoming all round.

   Absolutely love it here, the house and grounds are stunning! Great view from the room. The house has beautiful decor, with a mix of historical country house and modern cosy bedrooms. Overall service was amazing. Great stay at Warbrook House
