   If I could I would give 0 stars. We ordered a super king bed, and an expensive one, it took longer to deliver than the time given. Then the bed didn’t come with all the pieces which they never delivered, after few weeks bed started to break, when contacted them, they said we jumped on our bed and they wouldn’t do anything. We got an independent inspection which proved that the quality of bed was really bad and even if they would replace the frame the same would happen again as the frame was so weak for a super king bed. Never had such a bad experience.

   Price was pretty good, I think. A friend recommended me here. But the Indian guy that done the carpet wasnt that professional. Some edges weren't good and the carpet wasn't completely flush. The vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom wasnt done to a high standard. They can offer lower prices because they use cheap labourers to get the job done. I'd recommend paying more money and getting a good job done

   We ordered a king size bespoke bed from Furniture World a couple of weeks ago and were advised delivery would be within 2-3 weeks - it actually arrived within the week which we were very impressed with. The delivery gentlemen were very helpful, efficient and friendly. We noticed a small issue with the ottoman part when assembling the bed - when we mentioned this to the gentlemen they sorted it out for us immediately. The service and value is excellent - would 10/10 recommend!

   Went to purchase carpet, the owner, Zulfiqar (Tony), so friendly and gave very good advice. The carpet layer man, Satti, was super friendly and polite. The owner visited my home 2 time, get some extra work done at no extra charge. Highly recommend for furniture and also carpet.

   Don't order and fitted any kind of vinyl or carpet by the Furniture world Southampton. I ordered vinyl for £15 square metre for the Kitchen and the hallway. At the kitchen they fitted the right one but very unprofessional . At the hallway they fitted the same print vinyl but total different material maybe it cost between £7 or £9 per square meter but they charged me £15 for square meter. When I ordered I paid them the fully price and that was my big mistake . It was better that I paid them the half of the price before first and after delivery and fitting the rest of it. Just I trusted wrong people.
