My friend and I participated in the Christmas Lattern workshop. It was an enjoyable experience, Kirsty's instructions were clear and helpful. There was a good choice of materials to choose from and I was delighted with the 2 lampshades that I made to give to my grandchildren.
We came to Kirsty with a unique request and she was incredibly helpful throughout. The footstool we ordered from a leading furniture shop was miss sold to us to be able to fit into the gap of our U shaped sofa. Kirsty worked with us to find the best solution which was in the end to rebuild the footstool (also making it more sturdy) and reupholstering it with the fabric from the existing footstool. The end result was perfect, looking identical to the previous footstool and it fit perfectly in the gap. Her communication was excellent throughout and she sourced a reliable carpenter for the rebuild who even came round to measure the gap. Couldn't recommend Kirsty enough. A joyous experience and she really saved the day!

Kirsty has been very helpful from the start of the process of reupholstering my bergere suite. She has given me different options to choose how to have the suite reupholstered. From initial consultation, through fabric choice to collection and return of our newly re-upholstered 3 piece suite and foot stool, Kirsty's professional and personable service was fantastic. Kirsty did a fantastic job with our small bucket armchair. She had to strip it right down to the frame and completely reupholster and recover it. It looks like a new chair and her attention to detail was faultless; we're delighted with it. She is very friendly and communicated exceptionally well with us, replying to all messages very quickly and keeping us updated with progress including photos. She collected the chair from us and delivered it back and generally went above and beyond what we could have expected.
