HiFi Cinema what a Gem tucked away on the Calleva Trading Estate in Aldermaston, service and advice from Alan and Bill second to none. Have never experienced in the past when seeking advice on HiFi purchases or upgrading, such commitment to ensuring that the best possible system\ solution for my requirements and within my budget were suggested and demonstrated in house and at my home. All possible future upgrade path's were also demonstrated clearly showing the posible improvement to the sound quality when funds permit. So I now have a first class system which performs fantastically in my home with the option of future upgrades without having to replace the whole system. They sorted out a nasty hum from my Lp12 and fitted a Majik sub chassis and Karousel bearing, I now have a hum free turntable that sounds wonderful. Helpful and friendly staff who know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Bill and Alan have an enormous pool of knowledge for all things Hi-Fi. I used them for a Linn LP12 update, new bearings in the arm and fitting of a new cartridge. Superb service and some great advice for future updates. Will be back there soon for an amp and speaker upgrade.
I very seldom write reviews but felt compelled to do so following the fantastic service I received from Hi Fi Cinema. I visited them recently looking to add a music server to my system. The advice from Alan in particular (and from Bill in his absence) was objective, highly informative and clearly based on extensive experience. There was no pressure at all when visiting the showroom. In fact I spent hours with them before settling on a Melco server and was made to feel welcome every time. My entire experience with them was an absolute pleasure and there is no doubt that they will be my first port of call for anything hifi related in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would urge anyone to give Hi Fi Cinema a try - you will not be disappointed!
Great experience purchasing from Hifi Cinema, I was in the market for a replacement subwoofer and the guys were more than happy to help. They provided solid information and recommendations based on my current system & budget and I am incredibly pleased with my purchase (Dali E9F). To say I am blown away by the performance of this little unit is an understatement, it effortlessly provides the punch and excitement from my go to action movies without being overwhelming in the quieter scenes. This isn't just thanks to the sub but the after sale care I have received, regular email correspondence with guidance on helping me fine tune the settings (and get an overall better understanding of home cinema) to get best out it. I would highly recommend anyone with a love of music, movies & tech in the market for individual components like myself or whole systems to pay a visit. Keep up the fantastic work!
Fantastic home cinema company near Reading that host events where you can listen to their high tech sound systems. I was lucky enough to visit with a couple of colleagues who thoroughly enjoyed the company. recommended and 5 stars for hospitality, food and beverage and sound quality along side presentation. Big shout out to Alan and Bill for presenting and making us all feel warm and welcomed whilst looking at some very good visual audio equipment.
