    Amazing I have recently been for support and help with a meniscus tear in my left knee and Sarah was amazing she took her time with me, listened and explained everything in such great detail it really helped me get a better understanding of the injury I have to my knee.     Sarah Walker has literally changed my life! Strong statement but it is true, I have suffered with neck & shoulder issues for around 14 years, the last 5 or 6yrs have been very unpleasant - after even my first visit to Sarah; i felt a difference. However after a very short space of time I stared to feel considerably better. After a couple of months my life was transformed, now I actually sleep through a whole 7+ hours without any pain and wake up feeling refreshed. Life just keeps improving. Some how "Thank you" just doesn't seem enough.
