Avoid at all costs! Spend £20 more and stay in a decent hotel. The mattress and bed sheets were very worn, and you could see the springs. Sleeping on that bed was uncomfortable. The room was close to the high street, but it was a noisy area. The damp and dirty rooms were a disappointment. The property misled people on Booking.com with photos and reviews that were above 7, but when I arrived, I found the room in a terrible state. I left an hour after check-in and booked a hotel room instead. I’ve been waiting for a refund for a couple of weeks now, but they’re very unprofessional and don’t seem to care. Avoid and do not waste your time and money here.

The location was good, in a nice street in the center of the town. However, the rooms are horrible. It is advertised as an hotel in booking but it is not. When we made the reservation they contacted me and told me I had to pay an extra 100 pounds as a damage deposit, which was not advertised in the reservation conditions. After I told them that was not legal they stopped asking for that, but had I not insited in not paying it I wouldn't trust them to give back the money given the state of the rooms. The rooms were dirty. Windows and doors are moldy, there were dead flies all around as well as flying around. The walls were broken. The bed was a unconfortable convertible sofa that was so close to the sink that it got wet whenever you opened the tap. Overall, the room is not worth the price you pay for it, go somewhere else even if it is a little bit more expensive. We were there searching for an acceptable room for just one nigth and ended up really disappointed.

The room was full of flies, there was no air conditioning, the facilities were old and dilapidated, the hot water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and there was no cleaning service.

Pay the extra 10s of pounds and get a nice hotel. These rooms are horrible. Temperature was 27 outside meaning the inside was similar. Both windows were broken and couldn't be opened. Shower plug was blocked so you couldn't have a shower longer than 3 minutes before the tray overflowed. And to top it off the shower itself went from boiling hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds so you couldn't cool down if you tried. And the mattress... Wow the mattress. Likely hasn't been changed in 10 years; you put any kind of weight onto it and you can feel the bed frame or lumps. Or both. Do better PS, at least try and take some pride in the rooms.

DO NOT STOP HERE!! if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I originally reported this property to booking.com, since the place stunk of cannabis, the room was untidy, the mattress was so thin you could feel the wooden bed slits, the overall apartment was not as advertised. After booking.com contacted the property we came to an agreement that I would remove my review and a full refund would be paid. Fast forward 5 weeks and still not heard from the property, since they black mailed me in to deleting a valid review. Hence why I now created this one. Please just mark and avoid this place.

Great location slap bang in the city centre. Well equipped self contained apartment with good communication to ensure you could gain access.

The accommodation we stayed in did not reflect the images on the website, so we began our stay by feeling deceived at the point of booking. We were allocated an inferior apartment (15) compared to those featured on the hotel's own website and the various booking portals. The apartment was decoratively very poor with damaged paintwork and badly marked walls in places, some of the doors even had holes in them they were so badly damaged. The bedrooms were small and crowded with furniture to the point where we could not get to both sides of the bed. One of the televisions did not work, the toilet flush failed on the second use and we had to flush it using a saucepan, the bathroom heater (in December) was not working, and small necessities like a toilet roll holder or bedside table were missing. Sleeping was also a problem due to shouting, singing, loud music from parked cars and other noise from the streets below. This disturbed us until it abated just after 4am. All this left us feeling that this accommodation was not good value for money.

Nice apartments. Everyting you need if you are coming to study or coming for a short period for some certs and tickets. It is in the center close to everything. Food, shops, take aways and close to Solent uni and warsash classroom facility. If you ask them twice a week housekeeping comes by and cleans your room. If you need anything they always answer and find a solution for you. Very happy with the place

Really nice layout of the flat and has a nice size shower. The use of codes to get in and out the building and your room is very convenient. The downside is that the floor was filthy (posted a pic of my wife's socks after walking on the floor) and the mattress on the bed was terrible. You could feel the springs and we hardly slept at all. It's very difficult to find a parking spot in the street but there is a paid parking garage within walking distance. It's such a pity as this place could be really good.
