   Brilliant staff ,shout out to Katrina and Hollie for Brilliant service. Rooms are typical greene king ..in need of a refurbishment.lack of accessible plug sockets and the ventaxia didnt work in the bathroom.Having said that they were clean. Spent 2 nights here in room 7 which is on a busy road ,slept better the 2nd night.

   This was our first visit to the New Forest and it was absolutely stunning made all the more enjoyable by the lovely staff at The White Rabbit Hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a fabulous location within easy reach of the most beautiful settings and the local town. The hotel was spotlessly clean, meals were great and there's ample parking. The only thing I would have done differently was booked a bigger room (booked a basic double) but this was a last minute trip so it wasn't a problem. We visited the local attractions as well the lovely town of Beaulieu. Every morning before breakfast we walked two minutes around the corner to see the wild ponies and their foals. The meals at the hotel were good, varied and catered for all types of specific needs as well being reasonably priced. We had the bed and breakfast option and there was a good choice but an absolute must have is the Farmers Breakfast if a full English is a bit much for you in the mornings. I have started making it at home! Can't wait to visit again and would 100% stay at The White Rabbit next time. Well done to Carl, Muriel and the whole team.

   The hotel is positioned very conveniently with restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance. And, of course it’s in the middle of the wonderful New Forest and within driving distance of Lymington, which is charming. The room we had was clean and reasonably equipped. It was hot and the windows do not appear to open but that is not unusual when the room is on the ground floor. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The dissatisfaction we had was in the food and drink delivery. I asked for a brandy and dry ginger and was told that was not possible. I switched to a Bloody Mary which was also not possible. The breakfast was really below expectation. Though the menu offered eggs Benedict with smoked salmon but we were told, on both mornings, that there was no smoked salmon. I finally opted for pancakes. The pancakes were so hard they were really difficult to cut and basically inedible. The amount of meat in the bacon was probably 5 or 6 grams, the majority of the rashers being fat. It would appear to need a stronger management of the delivery.
