   Flu jab was really easy to book and efficient service but also have to say the team here were amazing a few years ago when I was pregnant and needed a COVID booster and went out of their way to help me get the type that was right for me, very much appreciated

   Mix up with the smoke free medication prescription not being placed. They said they text me when i can collect the second part of my course after filling in a form for them. Hope it is soon as i have done well so far. I may go backwards if i dont get the meds on time.

   Went today for my private Covid jab. I’d booked it for last Wednesday but when I got there I was informed they’d run out of vaccine so would have to come back. I was contacted Thursday to say they now had vaccine available and made an appointment for 1030 Friday. When I arrived there was no one else there waiting for a vaccine and I was slightly early. However other people started arriving and went in to receive their vaccine. I was told I’d have to wait to see the pharmacist because mine was a private appointment. My appointment time came and went and when I said something the volunteer said he would chase the pharmacist up. He did then come and do my vaccine whilst apologising that they were so busy. I appreciate that he may have been busy but then don’t take the money and make the appointment. I’d had to attend their twice because they made an appointment for me and then ran out of vaccine. And before anyone comments that I am acting entitled I fully appreciate that anyone getting a vaccine on the NHS should take priority over me but I was choosing to have the vaccine to protect my husband who has terminal lung disease. I just feel a little bit of effort would have gone a long way when I had to return for an appointment a second time through no fault of my own. Needless to say I won’t be booking through them again.

   Elizabeth was fantastic. She went above and beyond by mixing mine and my husbands appointments together so we would receive our stop smoking tablets at the same time so we could give up together. She was friendly and really encouraging. Thank you Elizabeth!!

   Despite the unrealistic expectations of many, the staff here work hard to provide a valuable service against a background of increasing cost, lower margins and long hours. I'm grateful they are here as going to Eastleigh would be a lot less convenient.

   What a joke. I counted 5 people out the back all talking about anything but the job in hand, while 1 person served and 8 people queueing waiting to be served. Prescriptions and never made up ready no matter how long you seem to leave it. Constantly receiving iou's for medication they never seem to have. Avoid this pharmacy if you can and take your business elsewhere.

   I went in here and forgot my mask, the pharmacist was so rude and started going crazy and shouting at me. She then grabbed a mask and shouted “it’s £1 and you’d have to pay for this!” (which is a massive rip off as well). Everyone could hear her in the shop. I’m not sure if she shouted at me because I’m an ethnic origin. I forgot my mask and never refused to wear and agreed to purchase one, she didn’t have to be so rude. I didn’t get mad because I had to get my little girl checked up, but her rude behaviour and discrimination is not acceptable.
