   Dangerous. Avoid this pharmacy! Went in today with a prescription. The woman was working alone so I had to wait 30 minutes (which is fine) When I got home, I noticed the label didn’t tally with the medication inside. I needed 39 tablets (which she had printed on the label correctly) but she had only put 29 in the box. Can’t prove I didn’t receive the correct amount now so will have to go without the correct dose. So dangerous to not have someone double checking what is dispensed and has now left me in a dangerous position health wise! This is a serious problem and mistake and requires reporting and investigating on the safety of this pharmacy and their current staffing level.

   Absolutely horrific! The woman behind the counter doesn’t have the slightest clue! Incredibly rude and useless! They need to seriously check out who they’re hiring in places like this because their attitude is absolutely appalling. Claiming they do not have a prescription when we were on the phone to the GP who was constantly confirming it had sent to them! They wouldn’t speak to the GP on our phone just asked that we got the doctor to phone them which was completely ridiculous! Never waste your time coming here!!

   Staff are so friendly and helpful. I was with this pharmacy for 5/6 years before I switched over to an online pharmacy (purely out of convenience). I cannot recommend them enough! They go above and beyond for their customers.

   The old Dispenser white lady is so unprofessional, impatience and don’t listen to you. She only wants to get your name and postal code to handle you the prescribed medicines and walk away. I tried to ask about the medicine and some precautions, she was annoyed walking away and showing frustration to do her job.

   I went to the pharmacy to ask for help for a condition. I am pregnant and they gave me the wrong medication ,it said clearly on the package do not take if you are pregnant and I told them thai isn’t good and they said that is ok to use. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
