   Went in there for the first time today as i recently changed GP. My GP told me to pick up the prescription depo shot prior the appointment at 1:30pm so i went around 1pm to collect it and was found to be mistreated by whoever that guy was hiding behind a wall being completely rude and saying hes fed up with all these people coming to collect shots and going on about how i should have picked it before and that they only do it after 2pm. I explained several times that it was my first time going there, i didnt know their schedule and wasnt told about their schedule. They rather sit all day and have zero empathy.

   I have never before praised businesses online, I also don't complain online. But Dax and his team actually care. The team are lucky to be led by, a wonderful, professional, caring Pharmacist. Their focus is on customers, while preparing medication at the same time, always. And a quick mention about Dax's front of house lady, she's the beautiful blonde lady kind and considerate, she knows who she is! Her level of customer service, is delivered to every customer. The only time id leave this pharmacy is if Dax and his team, leave. Dax, you've helped me constantly, nothing is too much, even though the team are pushing through a busy day, you'll make time for a chat with me. Thank you all

   Pharmacy used to be 5 star until the new pharmacist started. Today, he sat and ate a bag of crisps and made everyone wait, I wouldn't mind, but the shop was closing in 45mins. He doesn't do anything but sign off prescriptions, whilst the young chemist runs round putting all the prescriptions together himself.
