Requested painkillers for my toothache. Lady slammed the tablets on the counter then when Request for a receipt she rudely flung it towards me. Will not be coming here again.

Problems with getting medication on time, for someone who is house bound and paralysed and not able to get to the door unless someone else is in the home the delivery service is not always good, and many times been told they have no staff to deliver, if they tried to deliver once they will not try again the same day, so a few times been left with no medication

Didn't think this 'service' could get any worse - I was wrong! First I was told (while picking up yet another late prescription) not to bother ordering my additional meds on the two days before Xmas eve, ' the doctors won't sign them'. I did anyway, and the doctor did - however I was unaware as this pharmacy RARELY updates it's app, also doesn't answer the phone! Went to speak to someone on 4th Jan (order placed 23rd Dec with a week of meds left) to be told prescription was filled on 28th Dec. I asked why app was not updated so I knew they were ready (I need help leaving the house so rely on apps etc) and was told there was NO PHARMACIST and therefore although meds were ready they could not be given out!!!!!! This person then said the app doesn't get updated so 'people don't all turn up at once'... I was advised to keep phoning to see if they had managed to get a pharmacist. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! They are closed weekends. Thay are closed lunch time fridays. I went back again today 5th, the server was really extremely rude, but at I finally got my meds.
Often long waiting times. Seems bit disorganised with system of prescription that have been made up.
Punctual and polite. Would recommend to family and friends.
My prescriptions go direct to them via app. They NEVER update! First time it happened they said the person who deals with the app wasn't in - but that I could always pick up meds after 48 hrs. Next time it happened gain so I went to pick up meds and they weren't ready. I wasn't allowed to wait, had to return next day as they were 'busy'. They don't answer the phone! Today I went to pick up (it's been 5 days - I was in hospital) and they are CLOSED! On a Saturday- no explanation.
Just recently things have been going down hill promised deliveries that never arrive and today I've had the phone put down on me twice and now thier phone line is permanently engaged I'm waiting for insulin and test strips so not something I can wait for they deliver to me as I'm disabled
