Absolutely fantastic, very friendly service. The staff always go above and beyond. Great place to go for advice. Also advised me about my flu jab which I will be returning for tomorrow!
Absolutely disgusting now under new management they do not have a clue. They are rude do not care and give prescriptions belonging to others to other people. Incompetent and have no idea. Are they even certified to be doing this job the mind boggles. If you suffer with high blood pressure or heart problems don't use this chemist as they could raise blood pressure even more.
wobbly since the management change with the completely new staff. young girl with glasses helped me out after major delay and I appreciate a hard worker took over and really did help ME out. better staff like this needed. stock needs to be changed in shop looks like someone’s robbed them
I have been a customer of the Avicenna chemist for many years and have always been happy with the service that I have received. It has however changed management and is now called the maybush chemist. It has gone downhill and I think that it is now a shambles and they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Even when you have a text message to say that your prescription is ready, it is not and they can’t find it. So I would not recommend the maybush chemist to anyone.
I use Avicenna regularly and never had any issues with them. It’s recently changed management, and this is the worst I have ever seen it! Spoke to the pharmacist yesterday and I thought due to confidentiality and dignity he would have taken or offered me to go in consultation room but he didn’t. My husband went in there to collect my medication today and they said they didn’t have it in stock and didn’t know when it would be bk in stock and then handed my husband back the script, and didn’t even offer to order the medication inBearing in mind I have been going there every two months for my medication for years and this is the first. Absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend. I managed to take my script to another pharmacy who managed to give me my medication
Great customer service, I will not change my pharmacy for another one, switched from Lloyds as they were very slow and rude. I’ve got my flu jab from them, always professional and polite.
Absolutely disgusting service. Lost my perception then proceed to give me attitude for the complete and utter mess up. The lady in charge has a really attitude problem!!!!!!!!!!
The first time I used them they gave me a quarter of what I was supposed to have in my prescription but still expected to pay full price. Didn't do anything about it until next time when I got half of what I was supposed to, called them when I checked when I got home and was treated as if I was lying. If I go to Lloyds and they don't have the full amount they give me a piece of paper saying they owe me and to pick it up the next day at no extra cost. Avoid this pharmacy.

The whole experience is completely different from that in Lloyds. The staff are cheerful & friendly. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable & reassuring. They ensure that your experience of getting a prescription filled, getting advice or making a purchase is smooth & handled in a timely fashion.
