   We arrived at 11:45 (they shut at 1) Brought my 6 year old here for a consultation. On arrival we were ignored for 5mins, not even a “we will be with you in a moment” then a que of 5 people behind who they also ignored. I told the lady i would like a pharmacist to asses my daughters painful ear. She said to take a seat and she will let them know. 20mins later the pharmacist came over and said sorry we cant be seen as they are too busy and they dont have time, i said it wasnt good enough, we have already waited 20mins why could noone tell us sooner. They had been serving others so common decency would be to let us know. She just said exactly we are busy. Very rude and basically couldnt be bothered. So we had to go elsewhere. After reading other reviews this isnt the first time, rubbish pharmacy dont waste your time

   Diabolical. Unorganised and inefficient. You can wait up to and sometimes over half an hour for your prescription. Staff seem to float around in a dazed without a clue what their doing.

   Honestly if I could give 0 stars I really would… first my designated pharmacy has messed me around with no medication despite seeing a repeat being sent. Told my carer to call 111 for an emergency supply. He did that they sorted it to have it sent to pharmacy direct Weston lane. He goes up there waiting 20 mins for them to serve him. To be told me can you go somewhere else we’re really busy and he said we got an emergency referral here to be given the response off it’s just a referral. It’s not just a referral though it’s an emergency supply of medication. I have a few hours before withdrawal kicks in. He’s moving pharmacy after the level of service I’ve received today and the last time aswell was treated badly. They just wouldn’t do it because they wanna clock off at 1. They aren’t busy!!!

   After waiting for 20min the pharmacist refused to see me and asked me to go to another pharmacy because he was too busy with prescriptions. Terrible service. Poorly managed pharmacy operating like a marketplace. Would have left 0 stars but the minimum is 1

   Pharmacy in general is fine, all the staff working there is really nice and polite, apart from the very arrogant pharmacist who thinks he knows better than the doctors at the GP. Been sent there from GP as they were at full capacity with my ill son, after waiting 40 minutes for the pharmacist, he didn't even want to look at him and sent us home. We ended up going to the hospital for treatment. Shame as this could have been sorted then there and it would have saved us hours in the hospital's waiting room.

   Went in for my partner prescription no one else in before me. Two people coming in wanting blue scrips. They got priority over me. Just nice to know that you get pushed back if you don't have an addiction

   Awful service , rude and blunt . I ordered a script via them , I went in on Monday to ask if it was ready as it had been over a week and there was only 9 in stock was told they would order more and it would be in on Tuesday and be out for delivery on Wednesday waited in allday and no one came so phoned up and they knew nothing about the prescription then asked me to go collect it when it’s bottle of milk (60) I said I can’t and they got funny about putting it on delivery for the next day , nothing but a nightmare at the pharmacy not the first problem I’ve had either !

   I have not needed to get some prescription medication for many years and I am very relieved about that following my recent visit to this pharmacy. The young girl who initially served me didn’t even have the courtesy to say hello and snatched the prescription from my hand. She then abruptly asked me for my address. I would have refused to call my address across the shop if there were other clients in there. Thankfully, the pharmacist was far better mannered then his younger colleague. Perhaps she should look to him for some pointers.

   Half my prescription was missing, For a medication I can't suddenly stop taking, and another condition has left me incapacitated with pain. So I asked if they could help me by delivering it, beacuse it was them who didn't have the order ready, and they refused.. Thanks a bunch such a great help. So fed up with the mistakes since the other pharmacist left

   They do seem very unorganised, it always seems as though two or three members of staff get involved in serving me and they look all over the place for the prescription. Having said that they are friendly and helpful.
