The council leisure centre is well run and have lots of health and fitness offerings. Love the studio which is located just near the main entrance. Lots of natural light and all the mod cons. Great variety of classes and instructors who make working out fun. Adam the manager is also very professional and friendly.
(Won't let me post zero stars) Staff are very unhelpful. I was continually told that I was in debt and not allowed into the gym, this is whilst my subscription was paid up to date, plus I had also paid for May in advance only to be told I still owed them money and was not able to use the facilities that I had paid for. As a person with severe mental health problems and learning difficulties this has greatly affected my confidence. I had thought I had a nice routine going for myself but apparently I shouldn't bother trying. Left very disappointed.
Just held my son's 4th birthday party here. The kids loved the bouncy castle and soft play there was lots for them to have fun with! The staff were great and I really do recommend it, you get a lot of party for your money

Very good gym, equipment suitable for what is needed, good price at £25 per month, teenagers can train, staff friendly and a decent crowd in the gym.
Play badminton here every week at an high level and tonight we were very disappointed. Score was 18-19 court next to us was on for another hour, rest of the hall empty and with no warning the staff member simply placed equipment on the back of our court while we were playing. Not only was this dangerous as we could have tripped over it but also very rude. When I went to move it he simply said, ‘time’ and proceeded to move more stuff onto our court.
I took my little boy to a Soft play session here and he loved it, lots to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked about parties as well while we were there and the lady on the desk was very helpful and I've come away with all the information I needed.
A nice centre for a lot of activities. I visit here with my granddaughter for ballet, dance and gymnastic lessons. Big carpark. The centre has really missed a trick however in not having a swimming pool attached, as it is in lovely surroundings
