Food is incredibly slow despite half empty restaurant it took 40 minutes after the long time it took to even be greeted and then longer to order which took no less than fifteen mins. Food was not great. Husband liked it but it does hard veg adds pepper and herbs and the lamb was very salty. If you like that sort of food you will like it there.

We went for early dinner at 4:30 pm. All waitresses were friendly and available all the time. We had 2x rump steaks and 2x sirloin steaks, and asked for medium rare cook. Unfortunately they all came as medium cook toward medium well. I had to complain as mine steak was too dry. The kitchen has kindly offered and cooked another one, which was tasted better and thanks for that. Despite my steak was re-cooked, I still feel let down by the steak quality as I was expecting higher quality as Beefeater should be famous about steaks.

Alert! Alert! Alert! One of the worst place I have ever been for breakfast. We paid £9.50 for unlimited cooked breakfast but were served only once as they told us the kitchen is now closed for breakfast despite confirming with them that we were able to make another order. We ordered at 0930 hrs but we had to wait for more than an hour just for the cooked breakfast which arrived at 1045 hrs. The quality of the food was not up to the standard as compared to others. Not only that, the breakfast was not cooked properly, the milk was gone off, juice were not topped up, yogurt and fruits were not fresh, and everything was empty by 0950 hrs. There was not enough continental food to choose from as everything was finished. One of the most dreadful experience we had as a group. I think we didn’t get to eat what we paid for. It was not worth it. Won’t ever visit this place again. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Instead, I would prefer Toby Carvery.

Never had an issue with any Beefeater until Ock Mill....the place wasn't even close to half full but still we waited 1hr 20 mins and when the food finally came out most of it was burnt. Serving staff were polite and friendly just a shame they have incapable staff cooking the food....

This was a fun family visit. The service was excellent the staff were friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much bother. This visit was the start of our Christmas meals out and it didn't disappoint. A very clean venue providing ample parking and two floors to choose from. Looking forward to our next visit

We have visited as a couple and with a larger group and they have always been able to accommodate us. Great selection of 'pub classic' food served at a decent standard and a good range of beers on offer. They also offer a £5 specials menu along with the main. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The car park does charge a fee but this is refundable with a purchase. High chairs on offer as well as disabled & baby change facilities.

Excellent priced GREAT food. Had 5 great meals which were all spot on. The staff were also great. Didn't catch her name but the blonde lady who appeared to be a manager was excellent and so lovely. Highly recommend

We came here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was surprised that we had to order at the bar and there wasn’t table service... (maybe there is if we had sat in a different part of the restaurant?). The prawn cocktail starter would have been lovely if it wasn’t for the brown lettuce that came with it. However, we were given a refund and the manager said she would speak to the kitchen staff. She did also come over and apologise to me personally, which was a nice touch. I had the lamb main which was ok. The lamb itself was lovely and the jus was delicious, although there wasn’t much of it. The broccoli was really hard, and the potato&beef rosti that it came on was gross. I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to cause a fuss again after the problem with my starter. All the desserts were great for the entire table.
