   We only registered with MediVet maybe 8-9 months before we sadly lost our cat Nellie to diabetes but I cannot fault the team at the Basingstoke branch for doing everything they could for her and genuinely caring for her when she was in with them. The last 6 months were super challenging for us but we felt reassured and supported with the MediVet team alongside us. Ordering repeat medication was no issue and the team went above and beyond to ensure Nellie had everything she needed. Thank you so much MediVet team.

   Our family has had such a positive experience with the Chineham team, Ciara and Jemma, in particular are always so friendly and kind. Our cat, Cookie, was sadly killed by a car and they could not do enough for us; they treated us with so much kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness. She was our first family pet and the staff were always so helpful and friendly when we would come in for check ups and vaccinations etc. The positive way in which we were supported after her death made a real difference to us. Thank you again. I cannot recommend them or their practice enough.

   I've only had great experiences with this practice. Amazing staff who are knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to see you and your pets. They've taken emergency appointments from me when my dog was unfortunately injured and treated her with kindness and care at every step of the way. I can only say great things, and I know Robin loves seeing you all too!

   My boy was rushed in, blood going everywhere after a run in with a strimmer blade, instantly I was put at ease by the staff and reassured…. He was looked after with so much love and care, the staff on that night went above and beyond for my boy, then in the following weeks of recovery, were always on the phone for advice and ideas when I needed them. Was advised about laser treatment that’s available to help with healing, was advised could/would speed up recovery time, they weren’t wrong, after a course of treatment Loki is now back being himself without a care in the world, if you happen to have laser as an option i highly recommend it after seeing what it’s done.I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for all there love, support and efforts given to my boy I would strongly recommend Basingstoke Medivet to everyone

   I cannot get over how wonderful these guys treat my furbabies. We have called with questions regarding them at all hours and it's never too much trouble to answer and advice us. Our pets love them they feel comfortable here unlike previous vets where they have been so scared they soiled themselves. Here they explore and get affection from staff. I highly recommend this vets

   Took our 8 month old puppy to be spayed yesterday as a new customer. I had a negative experience with another vets in Basingstoke and had read the reviews for Medivet and honestly, I wasn't disappointed. You can just tell they care, and have the best interest of the animal at heart. They explained everything so well, kept me up to date on her progress, reassured me and ensured they followed up on her recovery today. The whole team there are just wonderful and while my little puppy was very scared and nervous at the whole experience, I came away knowing she was looked after and given the best care possible. Big thank you to everyone

   It is deep regret that I have had to review my review... This is not about the service which is outstanding, especially by the most amazing Vet. It is about the 45% price hike that they have actioned without any warning... my regular Latrela (pain relief injection) for my dog went from a regular £85 per injection to £122 a 47% increase without so much as a word. Its £60 on line for 2 months worth... they now charge for nurse intervention that has always been free and squirm when you question them... please check prices before you re book anything and look around .... now a private Equity firm, there priority is profit not your animal!
