   Jane and Sam are absolutely amazing!! I’ve been taking my dog since he was a pup, he always runs straights in, they treat him with so much care and love, he always comes out looking and smelling amazing. Would highly recommend!! But do book in advance as they get extremely booked up.

   I recently took my nervous greyhound to Jane. Dora was immediately put at ease by the team. Greyhounds notoriously have terrible teeth. They did an amazing job of cleaning them. I thought they were at the stage, where I needed to get the vet to sort them out under anaesthesia. Dora also came out smelling beautifully clean & fresh after her much needed wash and brush. I'll definitely be back.

   By far the best groomers I’ve ever been to! My dog is very anxious and has had a few bad experiences with previous groomers, but with Jane and Sam he’s always so happy, so much so sometimes it takes him a while to actually want to come home with me! He always comes away looking very smart, smelling sweet and with the biggest grin on his face! Archie gives you both 10 stars! Thank you!

   We 100% recommend Totally Mutts. Couldn’t wish for a better groom. They did exactly what I asked for, friendly, and amazing with my dogs. Well worth the 4 week wait for our appointment. Our dogs love Jane. The new premises are great too, with a great waiting area so you know it's all safe. Would give 10stars!

   Worst experience at a groomers (-5 star). I went here based on the amazing google reviews but sadly come to find out it’s nothing more than smoke and mirrors.. Maybe I should have thought twice when they had availability so soon when all local groomers were full and not taking bookings.. Anyway I’d like to say as people they are lovely, very polite professional and caring people. However what your paying for is their grooming service and I have to say it was appalling. Firstly there is no waiting area so you have to leave your dogs alone with them, so before leaving I gave clear instructions of a scissor cut and even provided images for their ref to be 100% sure we were on the same page... as I know given the chance groomers love to get the shears out and get shaving! They were perfectly agreeable nodding and smiling but on my return can you imagine what I find? Two completely shaved to the bone dogs.. honestly I didn’t even recognise them! This review isn’t solely based on the fact they were shaved.. but rather the shaving job was so poor there were large tufts of hair randomly patched over legs/stomach/back chest and the tails were indescribable, almost like someone had done them with their eyes closed. I’d like to point out my dogs are very well brushed and there was no reason for them to be shaved other than Totally Mutts deciding it would be easier for them to do a quick shave all over than make any effort to cut their hair.. honestly disgraceful! The groomer I went to post Totally Mutts was in complete disbelief at the state of their coats.. again advising as I already noticed the cut was inconsistent over every part of both dogs (in parts you could see their bare pink skin and in other parts there were fluffy tufts of hair?!). I actually paid Totally mutts for this service.. I was in such genuine shock at the state of my dogs I just wanted to get them out of there as quickly as possible as the only other option was to cause a scene, I really had no choice but to write this review. If I save at least one person from having the same experience as me this will have been worthwhile.. please please please don’t buy into this 5 star rating like I did.. or you may live to regret it!    Jane is brilliant and what she does and my dogs love her. I can't recommend her enough! She has been amazing with my little Edie who is a rescue with a past that makes her very scared of people. My dogs are very happy every time they see Jane, dogs know people better than people do and they love going to Totally Mutts!
