We were recommended kaushal jewellers from a friend of ours and we travelled from Southampton. This was our first experience with kaushal and also selling gold taking advantage of the high price. From the word go, both manjeet and uncle were kind and very attentive to our needs. Since we came in the morning they really gave us high value service and were very patient with each item. We were initially a little hesitant, but we were made to feel very welcome and treated like family. We were very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending kaushal to anyone. We will be coming back.

I have used Kaushal Jewellers a number of times now and would not consider going elsewhere having experienced the high level of service they provide. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer a great product range. If what you need is not on the shelf, they will make it for you to the exact spec you need. An important factor to also note is that you do not feel pressured into buying, as you would at other jewellers.
