We've checked our dogs in here several times. This time three rather than two and they were very accommodating. Our dogs are always happy to go in and we feel they are well looked after during their stay. Updates are available if requested if you are more nervous but you have no need to be. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of space for them to get some exercise. Would recommend to anyone.
We have used Coppice for at least 10 years. Service is always excellent and the facilities look very good. Prices are competitive and they have always been flexible to our cats needs. A highly recommended establishment.
First time my 10 month had been anywhere like this and didnt want to leave. Really well looked after would definitely reccommend.
We used Coppice Kennels pre pandemic and now have another dog. We knew our original would be OK as she had been before, but our new dog is a rescue and a bit nervous. We took him along before his stay to see how he would get on and the staff were nice and he liked them. There stay went well. One of the things I like is the cleanliness. The whole place is spotless, despite the muddy weather. Recommended.
We've used Coppice Cattery a few times now and have always recieved excellent service. Our furbabies seem to be well looked after and are never in a rush to be taken home which is always a good sign. The only small downside is that everytime we telephoned the Cattery to check up on our furbabies we got the answering machine but we do understand how busy the staff are and that the care of the animals is a priority, maybe an hour slot each day to take calls is a good idea.
