   We brought our guinea pig, Pompom, to the clinic and were seen by a Greek doctor who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, calm, and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. The reception girls were also very supportive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We felt truly cared for and respected, and because of this positive experience we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

   All staff great except 1 nurse who talked at me was defensive and clearly did not like being questioned. Also upset my dog to the point another nurse was called in. No real empathy I actually thought the nurse was a vet. I did complain but not formally. Went in a few days later to collect a treatment and was glared at by receptionist. Now with another vet much cheaper and local and not owned by a mega company. Glad I not there anymore.get the feeling they are not open to feedback.

   I cannot recommend Woodwards Vets Ashby enough. Every single person is lovely. My French bulldog was due her first litter. We opted for a planned C Section. When near, every vet was on standby willing to come in over the weekend if my dog was ready. Everyone is so helpful and they really care and look after your pets as if they are their own. The lovely reception ladies are welcoming and happily let your pet go in the reception area for a fuss and love. I wouldn’t take my pets nowhere else. Thank you everyone for everything you did for Willow and Rufus xx

   Always fantastic care for my cats at this practice. Every vet l have seen has been kind and knowledgeable. Especially vet Sam Barton who is fantastic very empathic and patiently explains all care needed. Would not use another vets practice. Just wish they did 24 hour emergency care too..as having to rush a poorly animal a distance away is not desirable.

   Excellent service from all at Woodward during our visits with our 3 cats in the last couple of months. Calls answered promptly and appointments arranged quickly. Receptionists always friendly on arrival. Sam, Michael and Laura examined and treated Milo, Bella and Mogwai kindly and conscientiously. Milo and Bella's treatment resulted in Petplan claims which were dealt with by Amy and Charley very quickly. Thank you everyone at Woodward Veterinary Practice.
