Received some brilliant advice from the young No 7 assistant. She was so helpful. Her recommendations for mascara and foundation fantastic - I love both. I would never have considered navy and a volume mascara without her advice. When I need to make my next purchase will definitely make the trip to see her rather than going to the store in town. Thank you too for the samples. Each of which will become my next ‘go to purchases’. Would also like to congratulate No 7 on the new foundation - it is great! Comparable and better than many far more expensive brands.
Went to boots today and had an incredible experience with Glenisha on the No7 counter. She helped me find the right shade of foundation, showed me the different ones they have, what benefits each one had and gave me lots of tips on how to apply the primer, foundation & concealer. Gave me samples of the skincare and she labelled them too. Such a lovely person and so kind. Glenisha helped me with a boots advantage card too. The service was fantastic. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything and showed me how they looked on my skin. I will be back because of her service :)

It is a big one but they do not do the prescriptions. No In house pharmacist.
Such great custumer service I was in need of lip products and the lovely young lady, Suraiya was so welcoming and showed me different offers and the variety in store which as a result I was tempted to buy products for my whole face, I struggled to find cosmetics best suited for my skin for the longest time, I’m super thankful now!

Very old fashioned. Prices are unbelievable expensive for example £6 for a cream club card price £4 , quick search on internet same item £3 from superdrug .. seems people pay extra just to be in boots .. won't be returning ..
It's a small Boots comparatively to what you can find in town (Orcale) but it has a decent selection of everything. There is a pharmacy (another one is located inside the Sainsbury's in case). The fridge was really cold and for me that means a lot. Many shops have warm fridges that aren't even connected. So when I see a fridge with doors and chilled drinks, I am happy. There is a parking in front. Places are a bit on the tight side. Traffic can be crazy depending on Ikea activity nearby.
