   Booked my flu jab for 10.30 today arrived at 10.20 to find out they weren't opening untill 11.30 went back at 2.30 as my daughter was booked in for 2.40 to be told the pharmacist was on dinner until 3.30 no sorry nothing this place is a shambles there telling everyone to get there jab to help the NHS then u have providers like this useless

   Went in today as I was shopping at freeport, never used this pharmacy before. Had a script for my baby for two creams. The pharmacist was so lovely explained waiting for a delivery be anytime now. So I went did my shopping by times I came back it was complete. She saw me come in remembered me and gave me my prescription straight away with a smile amazing service.

   The pharmacist is always in break whenever we’re coming to pick up the medicine they are in break . Sometimes it’s take more then 30 minutes until they come back .

   Commonly don't actually order repeat prescriptions so your meds aren't ever ready and you have to phone your doctor in a panic because youre not allowed to just stop taking them. Pharmacist is rarely in when you need them, even when you've booked a flu jab in advance, so you end up taking time off work for nothing. Not even a phone call to let you know. Will happily give your prescription to a random person and tell you that you 'already collected it' despite being out of the county until that morning. Not sure how they confirmed my address...

   The customer service is non existent.You wait at the counter for a very long time even when there are lots of staff that can clearly see you waiting.

   Well Pharmacy Talke. For a chemist that is so close to a doctors surgery this pharmacy is a joke. Prescriptions take days to be available to collect. Most unhelpful staff. People should also check their prescription before leaving as not everything is bagged up but you still get charged.

   Absolute shambles. Rang at 10 and was told prescription would be an hour. I collected after work at 3-50. Still waiting for it to be done at 4-25. 9 people waiting. Needs looking at.

   A diabolical shambles. No longer issuing repeat prescriptions. Even stock on the shelves is priced incorrectly. After 3 years of good service it's become a car crash.
