The pharmacist & co-workers were super helpful and really went above and beyond to find a way to provide my child with antibiotics when no one had them in stock. Excellent customer service
JOBSWORTH EMPLOYEE AT THIS PHARMACY REFUSED TO ISSUE MY DAD EMERGENCY HEART MEDICATION TODAY IN CLEAR BREACH OF NHS GUIDANCE - ON THE BASIS THAT HE WAS 'ONLY WORKING THERE FOR THE DAY'. OTHER LOCAL PHARMACIES WERE HAPPY TO HELP. SHAME ON YOU LLOYDS.
Picked my prescription up and they only had a few in stock but got told I had too wait. For them too come back in stock. I thought that’s fine . I then had a text too say it was all ready too be collected a few days later. I went picked them up . There was quite a wait three people on but not serving . Eventually I got served got home then later on too find they have given me the wrong medication! When it states a certain type of tablets that is what you should give not just give it anyway or alternatives instead and no communication. and it may do the same job but if I’m allergic. Too any ingredients and not been informed I could be seriously I’ll or even dead ! More training maybe needed and more stock for proper brands as that’s what people need . I am now short of supply too not even last me for another day ..
Very good service. Thank you to Ann Marie specially who went the extra mile and gave me very good advise in regards to a prescription from a French doctor, that saved me a few hundred £.
APPALLING !! I went into the pharmacy last night after doing my weekly shop to request some co-codamol. The pharmacist and the assistant did not even acknowledge myself and the other gentleman waiting to be served. When I called the assistant she turned round with an attitude. It was my turn and I asked the pharmacist for co-codamol, he then began to belittle me by constantly questioning me - what are you using it for? have you had it before? how old are you? do you drive? do you a license? This pharamcist then refused to serve me after asking me these questions. I have used co-codamol before and I am cautious as to how strong this painkiller is. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this pharmacy! BEWARE

Very hit and miss, sometimes when going in for monthly prescriptions they are great all items in bags ready, other times I need to go back three or four times as stuff is missing. Found the younger lady here to be very abrupt and unhelpful where the older lady bends over backwards to help you.
Brilliant service. They order items in if they haven't got them. Sometimes they can get items in on the same day. The prescriptions are always ready to collect. Very polite and helpful when I call them. Long opening hours.
