   The vets, nurses and reception staff at Cedar Vets are all really friendly, kind and professional. They always treat my dog very well, approaching her slowly and gently so as not to scare her. The diagnosis and treatment is proportionate and they always offer choices to help you manage the cost. They offer a great service to the community.

   We took our scottish terrier to see the vet and the receptionist welcomed us with a smile and she was extremely polite. The vet was excellent and examined our dog and confirmed us that she has conjunctivitis and she reassured us that all would be OK. We can't thank Cedar vets enough for their excellent customer service and care.

   Cedar are a wonderful practice Chucky had bad injury to his neck, they cleaned and stitched him perfectly he was so relaxed before and after care from to name a few Lucy , Maria basically all the staff nothing was to much trouble would recommend Alresford surgery 5* all the way thank you

   Another vouch for this incredible surgery! The receptionists are always happy to help and so friendly but the vets themselves are just the stars! I own a boarding company and any time I need any of my dogs to be seen, bam- were in within 4 hours! Amazing! Harry, my visitor was a little nervous of the vets but they respected him and was so gentle and calming it was beautiful to see. Honestly would never change my vets! Thank you!

   This was my first visit to the Alresford surgery. My dog had torn a dew claw badly. Treatment was quick and while she was seen, they also trimmed all her claws. She is now sporting a bright red bandage, waving to us all. This is for an hour or so until all bleeding has ceased. Our latest visit was for her teeth. She is almost 10 years old and she needed cleaning and some extractions. It was a full day at the Alresford Cedar Vet hospital. She was looked after wonderfully and is now recovering at home, very happy to be here with her sister.

   We had an out of hours issue and needed to attend, although it was a 65mile round trip for us it was 10000% worth it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so personable & friendly, made me & diva cat fell totally at ease. They also talked me through how to claim through our insurance. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you lovely staff!

   Our dear Kitty cat passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on the Bank Holiday Monday. Our own local vets closed, we were directed to Cedar Veterinary Group. From Abbie who I spoke to first and who we handed Kitty over to so she could be cremated, Lucy the vet who answered my queries and Milly who called to say Kitty was ready to be picked up and handed her back to me....and everyone else involved in taking good care of our Kitty....Thank You. The love, care and compassion from each of you made this very difficult time a lot easier to cope with. A few photos attached to show you how beautiful Kitty was. Thank you all.xx
