The initial voice message left in Christmas day was without any compassion or reassurance that my pet was ok. My whole family were in bits thinking something serious had happened from that initial message. Customer service is really important especially when dealing with them about their loved ones. A following conversation with a different person was also dispassionate, abrupt and rushed

Highly recommend. Called up concerned about my dog. Got put through to the vet who was extremely knowledgeable. Reassured me that it wasn't an emergency at the moment but gave me the signs to look out for in case things get worse and I should be concerned

Excellent service from Vets Now Winchester from the telephone contact to visiting the vet. Very professional, helpful and extremely empathetic to our concerns about our dog. The vet was very thorough in her examination and assessment and treated our dog with medication. She explained clearly what she was doing and what we needed to do next. Great service and thank you Vets Now

Excellent service. The out of hours service is expensive but luckily we are insured. The treatment Kit received was professional, caring and knowledgeable. We were kept up to date on her condition twice a day and as necessary. Couldn’t have asked for better care.

Amazing service, very good advice and quick response to an emergency situation and helped with all aspects including the insurance claim during a very stressful time. The staff were all superb, reacted quickly and explained everything very well. Thanks to the team my dog is recovering very well.

I brought Georgie, my Welsh Terrier, to the practice around midnight because I thought she might have eaten an Ibuprofen. Dr Lucy and her aides were wonderful. They were kind and thorough in treating Georgie. I felt that everything was done that could be done, and I glad to say that Georgie is now in good health. and has had a fine day chasing rabbits!

Our cat was happily having kittens, popping them out one after the other, but then stopped producing even though she was still contracting well. When I took her to VetsNow for a potential caesarian they were able to identify and resolve the problem (sadly a very poorly presented and deceased kitten) without surgery... within twenty minutes she delivered another two live kittens, which was a very happy outcome. We very much appreciate the vet taking time to effect a non-surgical solution - much better for both the cat and her kittens.

Very kind people caring for our dog! Our dog is scared of the vet in general, and tends to shut down. Because they took their time, let him investigate and made a good fuss of him he was quite happy being there. Their positive approach made all the difference for our dog's experience. They took our worries seriously, investigated the problem thoroughly and provided great care and a good plan. Would recommend them for emergency care.

Hello. We chose to have Womble transferred from our vets in Basingstoke to Vets Now as it was Christmas eve . He had been there before as emergency over Bank Holiday and everyone there was so attentive and caring we knew it was a good choice. He was very poorly with pancreatitis and although we were loathed to leave him we knew he was in safe hands. He stayed two nights and the vet did ring us regularly to inform us of how he was doing. The night he was admitted a very nice cheery lady ( Milly) was on reception. She put us at ease and helped us with our insurance claim information. We are pleased to say Womble is on the mend now . Thankyou.
