They do provide the bare minimum required from my £17.99 per month pet plan subscription, which isn't a lot tbh ... registered with them because they were local to me in Pennington but all their vets seem to be at the New Milton branch, which isn't helpul when your kitty freaks out in the car even when he's not feeling ill !!

Gemma and the team were truly amazing for us as we underwent the devastating loss of our spaniel recently. Nothing was too much trouble and the final moments were handled with such reverence and respect. We didn't feel rushed at any point. After trying everything we could to avoid this, they made the final moments bearable. Thank you so much

My pet was booked in for a rabies vaccine, she was taken by a family member who returned to say she’d had her booster shot.. she wasn’t due this fir 6 months! Vet didn’t check her records! Had to return to have the right vaccine instead. They also gave her flea and worming tablets which she’d also already had. Not impressed at all. If this were a gp surgery they would be in big trouble!

My go to veterinary practice. Pricing is good and they can always get me an appointment with in a day of phoning. Haven’t had a single bad experience.

I telephoned in December to make an appointment for my cat. They had a vet there for one whole day in January...a vets practise with a vet there for a whole day in a month! Am I missing something here? I arrived ten minutes early to be told the vet was running late, she had gone to the wrong practice apparently at New Milton. So I wait over twenty minutes after my appointment time, which then made me late for work, while my cat, already a very anxious pet, has to sit in the practise waiting for the vet. That was the tipping point for me, I had until then paid every month diligently for over four years for his vaccinations and reminders for worm and flea treatment, so I decided after this appointment to cancel this, as I had received no reminders during 2020. I have now received a bill for over £100 to pay for his vaccinations and cancellation of this policy, despite me not receiving his worm and flea treatment. I do not believe that this is fair. When I signed my cat up as a patient with this practise, I did so because it was the closest one to our home and would cause the least distress to my cat, who is very nervous. I do not want to take my cat further away to New Milton if he needs an appointment and I am extremely disappointed with this service.

Passing through on holiday, and my dog developed an infected wound after a recent operation. We contemplated cutting our trip short but this kind and helpful vets practice squeezed us in for an urgent appointment, contacted our own vets for our dogs extensive history(!), dispensed antibiotics as well as fab advice on a whole host of things including walking routes and campsites! People of Lymington are lucky to have such a fab vet practice on their doorstep. Thank you!
