I’ve had to visit more often than I would have liked but the staff are lovely and take really good care of our 2 cockapoos.

I cannot recommend Susie highly enough. She is a wonderful vet — knowledgeable, kind, caring and gentle. Every visit is so reassuring, and I always know my little dog, Lola, is in the safest of hands with her.

Took my cat to be dematted and looked after him brilliantly. He does not like his belly being touched and only tolerate being groomed for a very short while. They were great. Thank you girls.
Overpriced, uncaring, and never answer the phone! Been trying to contact all day for an emergency appointment but unable to get an answer, shambolic.
I took my dog here a while ago as she had hurt her hind leg, they wouldn't look at her until I'd paid upfront for god knows what might have been wrong. Disgusting! I took her to the pdsa & she received 100% proper care & a diagnosis without the need for cash upfront. I paid well over the asking price for her treatment giving a very generous donation on top as its not about the money its about my pet getting the proper treatment. This company is only interested in money not animal welfare in my opinion
