   An excellent team of vets and staff who are genuinely committed and compassionate about putting the animal first. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s not a “walk away” after treatment; they make sure that they are following up on the patient, whether it’s the vet, the vet nurses or the receptionist practitioners. They know my animals well, from cats, dogs, chickens and ponies and therefore I have complete trust in their knowledge, care and ethos for my animals and me.

   Excellent vets , my cat was wrongly diagnosed elsewhere , I brought him to Pilgrims vets where he was seen on that day given a thorough examination and given medication that he needed . Jackie in reception was kind caring and just amazing . Nikki the vet was excellent she listened to me kept me up to date with costings and reassured when I was worried for my pet . I will be moving my dog to this practice . Thank you Pilgrims Vets

   Always a 5 star service! Friendly amenable reception staff, easy to book appointments at convenient times. Saara is fabulous with my horses (especially the one who is a bit of an idiot!) She is always kind and punctual and leaves me feeling confident of our next steps. I am not a high flyer in the horsey world, just a happy hacker, but Saara makes me feel as if my horses and my concerns are still important.
