Great selection of products and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is not the cheapest store, but there are good offers and you get some benefits having Holland & Barrett application.

Extremely Disappointed with the Derby Branch I had a terrible experience at the Derby branch and feel completely let down by the service. I visited the store on the 10th to purchase 3 Pura Flex Collagen products. I was told only 2 were in stock, so I couldn’t qualify for the offer ,but then was charged for all 3, with a promise that 3 would be delivered the next day. I appreciated the offer at the time, but unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The staff member entered the wrong address and even the wrong name on the delivery, which made it nearly impossible to track or verify anything when we tried to follow up. After waiting four days with no delivery, we returned to the store only to be met with rude, unhelpful staff who took no accountability and blamed us instead. There was zero apology and no effort to fix the mistake. To make things even more frustrating, when I went back again to ask about my order, I was told they did have all 3 items in stock on the day I originally purchased. I was left completely confused and honestly furious .it felt like we were being misled or just not taken seriously at all. I needed to start this supplement as soon as possible for health reasons recommended by my physio, and this unnecessary delay and stress made the situation so much worse. Really disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care . I won't be returning to this branch agai
Beware of Returns & Exchanges! I had a frustrating experience at this store. I totally spent 50 on a mix-n-match deal but was only refunded 30, even though their machine’s auto-calculator showed I should get 50 back. The staff seemed confused—four employees gathered around, kept other customers waiting, took all my products mentioned in the receipt, and enforced an unclear, unfair return policy. In the end, I was forced to take store credit against my wishes. P.S. They treat exchanges as returns, meaning if you exchange a product for a different deal and later return it, you lose the value of your originally exchanged product. Be cautious!
Quality products you can trust.
The layout of the shop is confusing (not the shops fault, I know), you can gey cheaper stuff over the app. Otherwise clean and accessible.
Both this store and the centralised phone number fail to answer their phones within a reasonable period of time. The stock checker on the website is inadequate as this does not tell you what is in stock at the store. If you're so poorly equipt that you cannot display stock availability on the website then you should be providing alternative ye oldy world solutions.
The products are good but no idea when the shop is open on the front of the shop just a sign we are open and the no timing. A staff member walked pasted and didn't even mention that the times are changed let me and an elder person stood out there for 15 20 mins. If I didn't have dietary restrictions and other places weren't empty I would not shop here
Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The goods are reasonably priced and there are many reductions if you visit regularly. I use the shop to buy essential oils and carrier oils for making reed diffusers, much cheaper than buying the shop priced ones, without chemical ingredients. Found in the Derby Intu centre on the bottom floor. There is a club card, to gain points which is free and easy to join, which is very useful
