   I love this new cafe! Come here for your morning coffee and you shall not be disappointed! Bask in the sun at a lovely corner tucked away from the winds before you continue your sailing or paddleboarding journey to the quay!

   For context, I usually really love coming here with my boyfriend. We have been here multiple times over the past few months and usually the food is good. HOWEVER, when we ordered our usual today I found chicken in my salad and I am vegetarian!! There were MULTIPLE pieces of chicken spread throughout my salad (I have included what it usually looks like and what it looked like today). I am so upset as I usually love the food here but I am scared to order again as I am vegetarian for multiple personal reasons. We ended up asking for a refund and the girl at the counter was so lovely about the situation, and even offered me something else for free. We also received a full refund for not just my meal but our whole order which I really appreciate so thank you! Obviously I’m sure that this doesn’t happen all the time as it has never before, but please make sure to not add chicken to meals without meat as I have a severe phobia and will struggle to eat for a while. Lovely smoothies and food otherwise :)

   Spotted on maps when searching for a spot for a quick breakfast to begin a long journey, and it didn't disappoint. Food was lovely, I was simply after a bacon sandwich, which I couldn't directly see on the menu, but when ordering I asked for one and they added it to my order without any fuss. I also ordered a hot chocolate. Both were lovely, and the bacon was cooked fresh especially for my order. Overall a lovely little spot for breakfast, with a nice rustic vibe and delicious, reasonably priced, food. Would visit again.

   This is a great alternative to either an indoor café in town or a outdoor park cafe. It has a real rustic feel but with great service and protection from the weather. Food menu is not massive but has something for most from Breakfast baps to sandwich/ baguettes, or a great salad. Good coffee selection, as well as a bar for a draught beer on a warm day. Prices reasonable for a cafe.

   The Crate Trafalgar The team were amazing and came to my rescue for a work function for 30 people after prior arrangements were cancelled elsewhere. Within 24 hours drinks and food were planned. The atmosphere was great, the presentation of the food was beautiful and tasted fantastic. Thank you!

   Really great place that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. I came here on the morning of my wedding to have breakfast and I am really glad that I picked it. We all had smoothie bowls and some of their fresh cakes that they had to offer and they were lovely. The cafe is very unique and well decorated, being made of an old shipping crate, hence the name. The food itself was very tasty, healthy and reasonably priced, despite being close to a main road it was also fairly quiet and scenic with horses out in the field that the cafe overlooks. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at the cafe, they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I thoroughly enjoyed coming here on my wedding day.

   Went here a month ago with some friends for some brunch, lovely place with a nice aesthetic. Staff was very kind and helpful to my friend with a gluten allergy, taking all the precautions to make sure his sandwich was not in contact with anything else, the smoothies are delicious, definitely would recommend for newcomers to Bosham!

   We visited The Crate for the first time this morning and were really impressed. It's a really lovely little place with a fantastic menu available. The staff were very accommodating and the food and drinks were delicious at a very reasonable price. This place is super dog friendly and there is plenty of space at most tables for a pram as well. The only thing that was disappointing was the use of single use plastics. We are in but our food was served in disposable plastic bowls and take away cups.
