   Buyer beware!! By far the worst chinese meal I've EVER had. Spring rolls dry and very little flavour. Sweet & sour cantonese, poor quality chicken and batter had an unpleasant aftertaste. Noodles? What even were they, resembled a pot noodle, though it would have had more taste.....sticky and tasteless. Honey chilli chicken lacked chilli and honey, again not pleasant. Chips were ok ish.. What upsets me more than anything is I wasted £25 on what was to be a treat night for hubby and me that has left us feeling robbed and very icky

   Food was good, portion sizes are huge so good value. The box meal for £18.50 was massive and could easily have fed all three of us with leftovers.

   Ordered a thai dish £8.50 no rice or sides included. Dish itself a mess of raw hard vegetables, watery sauce and big lumps of fatty bloody chicken. Mot great at all

   Tried this a few times a while ago and food was average - I would try again if you were on Just Eat with a few good reviews. There’s not a lot of choice on just eat in Hillsborough.

   Had to give this place a star or I couldn't leave a review they absolutely don't deserve a star at all. They had it cooked and delivered in under 20mins the food is disgusting. The chicken was dry the chips were hard and the curry was lumpy the salt and chilli chicken was so hard I near broke my tooth. I rung and got a refund to which they kept £7.40 so wen I rung back they said it was for the drinks n delivery, the drinks came to £3, £4.40 to drive 2mins up the road is a joke!!

   It's an OK Chinese takeaway, the staff appeared to be somewhat chaotic when they got busy. The orders came out with no logical sequence, it seemed as though the bigger orders got completed before the smaller ones. My chicken curry with chip's was fine but the wife spicy and sweet crispy chicken was very stringy and tough.

   The royal is our local and we have been getting takeaway from there for 10 years. It's fast affordable and tasty food. Really wide range of dishes on the menu and the quality has always been consistent. Not really set up for eating in although there are a few tables.
