This is a really good garage. I had a problem with my car and got it diagnosed elsewhere but their quote was extortionate so I emailed around and got a much better quote from here. But it turned out the other garage had given me the wrong part on the quote they gave me. Pgs informed me and didn't make a fuss and managed to get the part in same day and fix it. The workers are also so polite and friendly. Definitely recommended

We have been using John and the PGS team for 25+ years now, we take advice from them, get multiple vehicles serviced from them, MOT's from them and purchase vehicles from them, that in it's self should tell you enough.....But they are fair ,honest, competitively priced and realistic in their approach. Very quick to arrange a time for them to look at my vehicle, it was also repaired on the same day I dropped it off, my only issue was when handing over the keys I mentioned to the man at reception about tyre pressure and a warning light in relation to tyres, he said they would check pressure and reset system but this wasn't done.
Replaced alternator and battery to time and cost. Let me know when work was completed.
Excellent service. I booked in for RAC warranty work - accurate diagnosis, dealt with the warranty company and my fault was all sorted hassle free. The car drives great and very professional service throughout.
