From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, nothing was any trouble for the staff, particularly Vicky. She was polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating from check-in to check-out. She worked tirelessly at the check-in desk, then straight onto the on-site restaurant fir the evening meals where she suddenly became the waitress, serving all customers with a smile and respect. Then again, serving breakfast. Without doubt, Vicky is the archetype of an excellent advertisement for the staff at the Premier Inn (Havant) Portsmouth. We will most definitely book to stay here again in the near future. A fabulous experience and excellent value for money, during these troubled and uncertain times.

Short stay at Havant. Comfortable good sized room. Breakfast was decent, cooked by Darian service supervised by Liv, both welcoming. Evening meal was served by Yvette who was lovely and kept her calm despite being extremely busy and on her own. Thank you.

Had the pleasure on Friday 28th of November staying in one of the refurbished rooms here for a works party. Absolutely stunning ,the reception staff on arrival were very friendly and presented themselves with high professionalism. The room itself was very presentable all you could ask for clean tidy and no off-putting smells, enjoyed the stay very much. The morning after had breakfast at their restaurant again very polite and caring staff cook was fantastic totally enjoyed the breakfast was well worth it. Great location for the site too will definitely be staying with them again.

From the moment we walked into Premier Inn Havant, we were greeted with a big smile from the lady on reception. My first worry was finding space to park our two big vans and making sure they were safe overnight. A friendly gentleman came out, explained he was on the night shift, and reassured us that he’d keep an eye on them and that they’ve never had any issues there. That instantly put my mind at ease. Once we got the vans parked, we headed up to the rooms. They were spotless, fresh-looking and surprisingly spacious. I had a nice hot shower with great water pressure — perfect after a long day on the tools. Later on we went down for something to eat. The food was fresh and tasty, and the waiter was just as friendly, also welcoming us with a big smile. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel — especially for tradespeople. You can rest easy knowing your vans are safe, and the service from start to finish was spot

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Havant for a weekend with my family in a family room. The room was a good size for a family of four and was clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were very friendly. At the restaurant, we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Olivia, who was extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location was perfect for visiting our family nearby. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely be returning.

Compared to other Premier inns this was definitely not up the scratch to what I'm use to. It's old and creaky floors. It was quite a step in and out of the bath/shower I'm not the tallest of people. I don't think I'll stay here again unless I'm desperate for a break otherwise I'll be staying elsewhere.

Damp smell in room. Drainpipe outside broken and may be the cause. Hotel has car park on a hill with quite tight parking spaces. It is also very close to the main road so opening the window for fresh air led to lots of road noise. Was pleased to have a break from work but shame that the hotel room wasn't great.

Requested ground floor as no lift. Good control of room Aircon/heating with very good help from reception. Nearby dual carriageway was not a problem even when sitting outside Beefeater. Plenty parking but steep slope from hotel for majority of it. Great access for Portsmouth, ferries etc.
