   We bought our home in the centre of Wickham through Harringtons this summer. Although as a buyer we don’t pay estate agent fees, we had a great service from Harringtons. John was very obliging with our requests for viewings and information and helped ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Helen was super helpful behind the scenes ensuring that there were no delays in the chain and the process was wrapped up within our planned time scales. We are really delighted with our new home and the service we received from Harringtons. I can’t imagine moving from this home but if we did, I would definitely choose the team at Harringtons to support us.

   Omg, I've had 11 houses in my 55 Years in home ownership/ Rentals.John & Jackie, give you such a professional intimate service, that still leaves you after a year, feeling your part of the Harrington Rental Family. Nothing, but nothing, is a problem, and when you do have a problem, they always deal with it, in such a speedy manner, The day your problems is lodged. They go into action.Of which they have done many times in my case.with regards my current property. I personally would give them more than 5 Stars. Their just brilliant. Eugene & Sandra.

   I would Highly recommend Harringtons, we bought our property back in 2018 vai Harringtons and we recently sold the same property using Harringtons again. Both John and Jonathan was really professional from day one. Once we had a sale, Helen was dealing with all the back office paperwork. Helen was very professional, and had excellent communication with both myself my ex and all the Solicitors involved to get the sale done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Harringtons. Excellent team and very approachable.

   Harringtons were the selling agent for the house we just purchased. Thank goodness they were, because they were absolutely fabulous (100% better than our appointed selling agent). Helen was always available and so professional. Any challenges that came up throughout the the chain, Helen was on it - making sure it got sorted straight away! Even after we moved it, Helen checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was all OK - totally above and beyond! We wouldn’t hesitate to appoint Harringtons for our next house move and would recommend anyone else to do the same!
