The Park Gate team (Kelsey-Anne , Oliver and Leah) were very helpful in advising on appropriate renovations to maximise rental returns and necessary compliance undertakings. They then marketed and rented both properties within weeks. Very efficient and professional as well as responsive and friendly to deal with.

   Oliver and Kelsey Anne have been extremely good at their jobs and have helped me a great deal in very trying circumstances when my tenant had a fire in my property and my husband died a few weeks later. They have supported me throughout the refurbishment and were excellent when organising and attending viewings especially as one of the neighbours made a nuisance of herself when they were trying to show prospective tenants around. They were very diplomatic and handled the situation professionally. I cannot speak highly enough of them and the rest of Beals team.
