They went out of their way to ensure they knew everything about the property before viewings which included Richard making sure that all the agents knew everything detail so that answers could be given on viewings. There are many times I've asked, but there have been no replies. No information. They are always listed on Rightmove but never come back and respond.

Since then, I now rent this house out through SBK and they definitely make it worth the agents fee. The whole process is seamless and they are quick to report and fix any issues. This has been 4 years now and I would not change agent. Definitely recommend

   We bought our house from SBK as first time buyers, and everyone we spoke to was very helpful, genuine and easy to talk to compared to other estate agents. Even though they were acting for the seller, they happily gave us recommendations for local tradesmen, and if there was a problem, they talked through it with us with no fuss and thought of ways to make it work for everyone. Their responses were very quick and they acted on things very quickly which helped move things along.
