   I want to make a formal complaint about your so called manager Andria who works in the Greenwich avenue store of hull. Everyday I go into herons and my four year old child who suffers with ADHD sits in the basket whilst I walk round and do my shop. Like no other day we did the same. This prevent mt ADHD child from screaming around the store as she does not like the environment or the noise of the herons store. My child had massive issues with people shouting and acting out. On this occasion we was making our way to the till with our shopping. And we was confronted aggressively by your manager of the hull store. She was shouting about my daughter being sat in the basket. She shouted at me telling me she needs to get out of the basket now. I politely said, we're making our way to till now and she'll be getting out. She continued to follow us and shouting at us in a aggressive manner whilst being served at the till. Again I politely said, we do this everyday when we come in and she continued to shout and be rude towards me and my four year old daughter. as stated my daughter had ADHD and cannot control being upset when she is being shouted at. Especially by someone who she does not know i.e your manager of the Greenwich store. She was rude and aggressive. Whilst hurling abuse. If she approached me in a non aggressive manner I would of taken my daughter out of the basket and apologised as I understand the safety concerns, but I chose to place my daughter in the basket as she sits still in there and there was no safety risk. Especially when our shopping was done and we was at the tills. My daughter has huge sensory issues and this is the only way she is happy whilst shopping as this keeps her calm. Why has this never been a issue before. We've done this for two plus years. I am not happy with the aggression and manners of your manager. This needs addressing as it is not the first time I have heard her talking rudely to customers and other staff members. A staff member like her should not be allowed to work within the public. I hope you take my concern seriously as I have been coming to herons for 10+ years and on a daily basis. I am disgusted and disappointed in the way we was treated today by Andria. I want a apology as my daughter is now uncontrollably upset as they lady was shouting and I will now have a bad day trying to console her.

   Brought some mince and onion pukka pies from here when cooked they smelt very strong of onion. Since eating me my partner and daughter have all had upset tummies. I'm not sure if it's down to the pies or they have been defrosted and then refrozen as we have had issues with food from here before like pizzas ect you can see they have been refrozen. I usto love herons for the bargains but now I can see why the food is so cheap won't be buying freezer items from here again.

   I absolutely love it here . if you go at the right time you can get amazing deals and they often have cheap vegan and vegetarian products from yogurts to icecream to burgers its my favourite shop and I've never had any issues with staff

   Cheap, very convenient for me (it's right next door lol). The staff are without exception very friendly and helpful. Also, as a minor note, the aisles are nice and wide so it's never crowded and social distancing is easy.

   It's got reasonable parking spaces and is a decent size shop. Prices are very reasonable too. Ready meals, some veggies, and the usual freezer/dry goods. They do large black puddings for 1 pound, and at the mo, 2 boxes of free range eggs for 1.35. Nice friendly staff, great prices and a decent selection of food, kitchen bits and drinks. No beer or wine, just soft drinks.
