Absolutely awful expierience, as a support worker I went with a client to pay bills the 'store manager' was very rude the shop was empty of customers at the time, he huffed and puffed and snatched the payment card off my client, I passed him the second card which he snatched off me I said he didn't need to be rude we are only paying bills he said you should go somewhere else don't come here. I was shocked at this, I asked if he was the manager he replied yes and! He made my client very uncomfortable and anxious, I have never experienced rudeness like it! I will be putting in a formal complaint. Customer service is definitely not a strong point here! If you do not want people paying bills please have your paypoint removed
